*Grand Cayman Islands* my xmas present from dave. i must say it was a great getaway!!  
.: sunshine resort bar...cayman brew, fish tacos, sliders and caribbean bbq :. 
.: yay we're on a tropical island in the middle of winter getting a tan while everyone else is working and cold! :. 
.: the water at seven mile beach was so crystal clear :. 
.: walking home with jerk chicken from Chicken!Chicken! :.

.: the sting rays were HUGE but very soft and gentle :.  
.: my most favorite restaurant in the GCI...the Cracked Conch!! Cute little blue shuttered restaurant on the northern shore of the island. Their fried dough dipped in butter + maple syrup, conch fritters, spinach salad with fresh strawberries, baked brie and sweet yogurt dressing, turtle burger and passion fruit creme brulee was amazing...yummmm. it started to rain as we were eating but it was pretty romantic... 
.: sunny again...grabbing drinks after lunch at the outdoor bar and watching football:.  
.: the rocky shore around the restaurant. a couple actually swam to the restaurant from their boat for lunch. it could only happen on an island:. 
.: the cracked conch is also known for their sunsets:. sigh...wish i had more pics but dropped my camera in the ocean. next time paris?? greece?? maldives?? haha a girl can dream  |
